New Diet Goals
At least 160 grams of protein a day
Adhere to my shake schedule more closely and drink a protein shake no later than 5 minutes after waking up
Limit eating from anywhere with a drive through to once per week (Going to slowly whittle this down as much as possible to prepare for my “no drive through foods” Lent sacrifice)
Limit sugars to no more than 100 grams per day
